The third annual Chanukah on the Strand, a joyous celebration of the festival of lights, will be held on the third night of Chanukah, Thursday, December 18, 7:00 pm, at Saengerfest Park on the historic Galveston Strand. The outdoor event will feature the lighting of a uniquely designed Menorah, a fire juggling show, lively music, traditional Chanukah refreshments, a free raffle and greetings by Galveston dignitaries.
